What you need:
- 1/2c Organic old fashioned oats
- 1c Organic Almond or coconut milk
- Organic fruit - berries or banana
- 1-2 tsp Organic chia seeds
- Maple syrup to taste organic
- Dash of Cinnamon organic
- Dash of Nutmeg organic
- Vanilla to taste organic
Prep the night before in a glass ball jar or shaker cup. Shake and put in refrigerator. Oatmeal is ready in the morning.
