Office Policies

• Appointment confirmations with directions are delivered via email or text 1 - 2 evenings before scheduled appointment time. Please print out and use to locate office - GPS tends to send clients down the block.

• Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. Any notification received in less than 24 hours is subject to a $25 fee or cancellation of coupon, prepayment or discount (if applicable).

• Clients are asked to arrive on time. Any arrivals 10 minutes or later than scheduled appointment time are subject to cancellation.

• Prepayment of packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.

• Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash check of charge. Any fees or service charged for insufficient funds or other are the responsibility of the client and are added to the session fee.
